• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
• Masters

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, or a related discipline.
• Relevant professional training in hospital operations or healthcare management will be an added advantage.

• 3 to 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre, Clinic

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only Male

Experience Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in hospital or healthcare operations.
• Experience in supervising hospital departments, diagnostic centers, or healthcare facilities will be given preference.

Additional Requirements

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Sound knowledge of hospital operations, patient care coordination, and healthcare quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Hospital Information System (HIS) software will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.

Job Context

We are seeking a proactive, responsible, and experienced Hospital Supervisor to oversee the daily operational activities of the hospital. The successful candidate will ensure smooth coordination among departments, maintain service quality, monitor staff performance, and support hospital management in delivering efficient and patient-centered healthcare services.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hospital and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor patient admission, discharge, and service delivery processes.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, diagnostic, pharmacy, reception, billing, and support service departments.
• Supervise front desk, customer service, housekeeping, maintenance, and security staff.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, SOPs, infection prevention and control (IPC) guidelines, and quality standards.
• Monitor staff attendance, duty rosters, punctuality, and discipline.
• Address patient complaints and coordinate with relevant departments for prompt resolution.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and operational readiness of hospital facilities.
• Ensure the availability of essential supplies, equipment, and consumables by coordinating with the concerned departments.
• Prepare daily operational reports and submit them to the Hospital Manager or Management.
• Assist during emergency situations and ensure proper coordination among departments.
• Support hospital accreditation, regulatory inspections, and compliance activities.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
