Job Context

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Hospital Manager to oversee the overall operations of our hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient hospital administration, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination among all departments.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the overall daily operations of the hospital.

• Ensure smooth coordination among clinical, nursing, diagnostic, pharmacy, and support departments.

• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives.

• Monitor patient service quality and ensure high standards of patient satisfaction.

• Prepare and monitor departmental budgets and operational expenses.

• Supervise facility management, procurement, housekeeping, maintenance, and security.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and hospital policies.

• Analyze operational reports and implement performance improvement plans.

• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, department heads, and management.

• Lead emergency response planning and operational risk management.

• Prepare management reports and present operational updates.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements

• Master's degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, MBA, Public Health, or a related field.

• Professional certification in Hospital Administration will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.

• Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in a hospital or healthcare organization.

Additional Requirements

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).

• Ability to manage multiple departments effectively.
