Education:
∎ Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management/equivalent along with 03 years’ experience as an Assistant Supervisor.

∎ Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
∎ Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
∎ Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and manage cook house as well as store.
∎ Ensure cook house operations and store management run smoothly and efficiently.
∎ Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and store environment.
∎ Ensuring compliance with health regulations and safety standards.
∎ Implementing and enforcing hygiene practices.
∎ Monitoring food safety and sanitation practices.
∎ Ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
∎ Assist in menu planning and development.
∎ Ensure that recipes and food preparation instructions are followed correctly.
∎ Monitor food quality and serve in scheduled time.
∎ Ensure all cook house staffs are properly trained and are following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
∎ Schedule roster duty for cook house staff and monitor their leave management.
∎ Conducting performance reviews and addressing any disciplinary issues.
∎ Monitor and maintain adequate kitchen and store inventory levels.
∎ Ordering and managing inventory of food and kitchen supplies.
∎ Conducting regular inventory checks, update in to SAP and prepare weekly/monthly inventory and consumption reports.
∎ Ensuring effective communication between kitchen staff and coordinating with other departments, such as Supply Chain Management and others.
