Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Passenger Service, Reservation, Reservation/ Ticketing

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervising, advising, and assisting Reservation &Ticketing staffs in doing their duties properly.
∎ Assists passengers requiring special assistance to board or depart flights
∎ Responsible for all types of ticket issue, re-issue, fare calculation, Ensuring VISA compliance etc
∎ Communicate with HO and other departments for doing/solving flight/passenger related issues.
∎ Providing on-the-job training to the subordinates

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiar with Airlines Reservation System
∎ Good communication skills
∎ Hard working & energetic
