• Supervise receipt of wheat from incoming trucks/coasters/lighters/vessels at designated jetties/ghats.

• Oversee offloading, weighment, quality checks, and safe delivery to mill or warehouse.

• Manage dispatch of flour/atta from the mill to trucks/vans/vehicles for further operations.

• Ensure accurate weighbridge operations, documentation, and compliance with quantity/quality standards.

• Plan and coordinate transportation (trucks, vans, lighters) for inbound and outbound commodity movement.      

• Engage and manage third-party transporters and logistics service providers.

• Supervise loading/unloading operations, ensuring safety and minimal commodity loss/spoilage.

• Direct and supervise labour workforce at jetties, warehouses, and mills.

• Ensure proper deployment, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Handle daily labour attendance and task allocation.

• Maintain accurate records of all commodity movements, weighment slips, Goods Received Note, delivery challans, and other-related documents.

• Prepare and submit daily/weekly operational reports to head office.

• Resolve on-ground operational issues and ensure smooth communication across all stakeholders.
