Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle day to day Eatimkhana administration., ( for 250 Eatim)
∎ To take care of the Eatimkhana related issues.
∎ To monitor the maintenance of the Eatimkhana .
∎ To ensure safety and security of the boys in the Eatimkhana

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills preferable: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint
∎ 2 year working experience
∎ Good command in both written English and Bangla
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Communication & collaboration, Leading people, positive & proactive, planning & organizing and Information sharing & transparency at all times.
∎ An in-depth knowledge and experience in core Human Resource functions.
∎ Knowledge in compensation and benefit s and training and development.
∎ Knowledge on safety, and compliance issues
∎ Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity.
