Job Responsibilities:
∎ Smooth operational skill at supply chain / inventory/ floor operation/Accounts department.
∎ Sourcing and accumulating Perishable all items.
∎ Should have experience in negotiating the suppliers to get the better deal.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill the given target.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Market visit, client hunt, creating market opportunity.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company & customers.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Prepare report as required by management.
∎ Cost controlling and minimizing the wastage and shrinkage of Vegetable, beef, chicken etc.
∎ Ensuring the office and staff management
∎ Idea to develop the sales and marketing of the super shop
∎ Ensuring of all department's proper activities.
∎ Hiring, Training, Supervising and evaluating employees.
∎ Preparing employee work schedule.
∎ Ensuring all staff adhere to safety standards, company policies and procedures .

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be skilled at super store base software.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
∎ Strong customer focus and decision-making skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure

Salary:
∎ Salary Range 25K-30K
