Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline in Marketing
∎ Education in Business, Hospitality, or Marketing is preferable. The educational requirements will be relaxed for those experienced in selling timeshare.
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Computer skill, Customer Relation, Fluent in written and spoken Bengali-English., Good communication skills, PRESENTATION SKILLS, Self motivated

∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Corporate Sales and Marketing, Digital Marketing, Direct Sales, Self motivated, Selling Apartments and Commercial Space, Tele Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel, Resort, Developer
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Push forward the Timeshare sell business, educate, persuade and help any prospective buyers to purchase ownership by informing them about the value of becoming a owner.
∎ The ideal candidate must love to work with people.
∎ Need to maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm for the product and feel confident of making sales to reluctant customers.
∎ Setting up and giving presentations, must enjoy performing and feel comfortable in the spotlight.
∎ Involves giving tours of hotels and resort grounds, and pointing out amenities and other features that are likely to persuade the customer to purchase, so must feel comfortable in doing that.
∎ Along with researching purchaser's likes and dislikes and presenting Chuti club packages that fit purchaser's budgets and vacationing habits.
∎ To get the prospective purchaser to see the value of owning Suite/Timeshare at the resort.
∎ Knowledge of Chuti Resort Purbachal and its various properties.
∎ Showing purchaser how they can go on great vacations and spend quality of time with their loved ones while owning the use rights.
∎ Drive sales & marketing efficiencies by acquiring new owners.
∎ Must maintain required appearance standards.
∎ Learn and do everything you can about closing sales.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary: Negotiable
