Mechanical shift Management
Preparation and collection of demand Spare Parts .
Solve mechanical problems
Preparation of daily work reports.
Close Supervision of Problem Solving.
Close Communication with Colleagues to implement directives of higher authorities.
Continuous cooperation in production.
Assessing need of spare parts quality checked and found.
Giving direction to mechanical team, to achieve minimum mechanical idle hour and decreasing idle hour
Keeping record of loom / machine wise spare parts consumption
