Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond promptly to service calls and troubleshoot technical issues with equipment or systems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
∎ Collaborate with senior engineers and technicians to perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades as needed to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
∎ Follow established procedures and safety protocols while working on-site to maintain a safe and secure environment for both personnel and clients.
∎ Document all service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, parts used, and customer interactions, accurately and thoroughly.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to clients, answering questions, and addressing concerns related to equipment operation, maintenance, and performance.
∎ Assist in maintaining inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and supplies to support service activities and ensure readiness for emergency repairs.
∎ Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in service and maintenance to enhance skills and knowledge.
∎ Collaborate with the service team to achieve service targets, meet customer expectations, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction.
