Educational Requirements:
∎ Master Degree in Accounting. CA (CC) will be preferable. Third division/class will not be acceptable in any level of education.

Job Context:
∎ Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is inviting application for the position of Sub Assistant Director (Finance and Accounts) from competent candidates.
∎ Program : JCF Core Program (Permanent Post)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To generate the necessary report in prescribed formats for the donor as per the schedule.
∎ To maintain and preserve all database and files related to the contract and ensure their safety.
∎ To assist in budgeting, reporting, monitoring, and compliance checking for the donor funded projects.
∎ To prepare FD-2, FD-6, FC-1, and other NGO Affairs Bureau related issues.
∎ To prepare periodical internal and external financial reports (monthly, quarterly, half yearly and year-end procedures)
∎ To assist in the statutory audit and audit of financial report to donors and share a periodical report on audit observations and queries and take necessary action with the support from Director (Finance & Acts) of JCF.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 10 years relevant experience of which 5 years in a senior management position of any NGO/INGO.
∎ Computer literacy and proficiency in English both oral and written are essential.

Salary:
∎ During 6 months’ probation period consolidated monthly salary will be 35,500/- and after confirmation Tk. 44,303/-. For more deserving candidate’s salary will be negotiable.
