Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Guide students through the visa application process
∎ Check and verify all required documents
∎ Schedule embassy/VFS appointments
∎ Prepare and submit complete visa files
∎ Track application status and follow up with students
∎ Communicate with embassies and visa centers
∎ Stay updated on visa rules and requirements
∎ Train students for visa interviews
∎ Maintain accurate records of all visa cases
∎ Report visa updates and outcomes to management
∎ Bachelor Completed
∎ Skills Required: Visa Processing, Student Counselling, Student Counseling, Student Visa Processing, Student File Processing, Higher Study Abroad , Study Abroad Industry
∎ At least 1.5 years Job experience
