Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Chanto Education is looking for Student Visa Counselor for Japan/South Korea/UK experienced person with core student visa processing knowledge.
∎ Excellent communication skills to explain visa requirements and procedures
∎ Possess a sound knowledge of the admission processes and Visa application
∎ Maintain regular and effective communication with students, providing them with guidance and support throughout the admission process.
∎ Maintain accurate and updated records of student profiles, application materials, and correspondence.
∎ Collaborate closely with educational institutions, visa office, and other stakeholders to facilitate application process.
∎ Communicate with clients face to face or over the phone regarding their application step.
∎ Willing to work under pressure, able to complete the given task within Deadline
∎
∎ Other duties as assigned by Chanto Education.
