∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

∎ High attention to detail and organizational skills.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visa application software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counsel clients on visa requirements, processes, and application procedures for various countries.
∎ Assist in the preparation and review of all necessary documents for visa applications.
∎ Stay updated on immigration laws and changes in visa policies.
∎ Handle inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.
∎ Liaise with consulates, embassies, and immigration offices to ensure the proper and timely submission of applications.
∎ Keep accurate records of client interactions and visa applications.
∎ Provide guidance on interviews, biometrics, and other visa-related appointments.
∎ Follow up on visa statuses and inform clients of updates or additional requirements.
