Skills Required: Student counseling and student visa processing
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of real-time experience in student visa processing and documentation (preferably Japan).
- Strong knowledge of visa rules, document management, and school communication.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Must be disciplined, professional, and culturally sensitive to Japanese standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct student counseling sessions for Japan study visa applicants.
Communicate with Japanese schools to collect necessary documents and requirements.
Coordinate with the Japan team and update progress regularly.
Assist students in managing, preparing, and verifying all required documents.
Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of all paperwork.
Follow Japanese manners and cultural practices in professional communication.
