Responsibilities
Good understanding of the Visa application process, and documentation requirements.
Assist & prepare online visa applications.
Preparation of different applications and advise clients on supporting documents.
Process university and visa applications from initiation to completion phase.Client files management.
Must manage client expectations, providing honest and transparent advice on the likelihood of a visa application's success and potential delays in processing times.
Provide an understanding of required visa documents to students.
Must maintain accurate records of all client interactions, visa applications, and related documents.
Work closely with the Marketing Department on various achievements.
