∎ Job Description:
∎ We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Student Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and recruiting students interested in studying abroad. This position is commission-based, offering unlimited earning potential for the right candidate who can successfully attract and place students into our partner universities.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ Student Outreach and Engagement:
∎ Identify potential students through various channels
∎ Develop and implement strategies to attract students interested in pursuing higher education abroad.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with prospective students and their families to understand their educational goals and provide appropriate guidance.
∎ Consultation and Networking:
∎ Provide one-on-one consultations to students and parents about study abroad opportunities, including available programs, admission requirements, application processes, and scholarship options.
∎ Assist students in preparing application materials such as essays, recommendation letters, and resumes.
∎ Work closely with stakeholders to identify potential students and promote study-abroad programs.
∎ Administration and Reporting:
∎ Maintain accurate records of student interactions, applications, and follow-ups using CRM systems.
∎ Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, student enrollments, and progress toward targets.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ Education and Experience:
∎ Bachelor’s degree or Diploma
∎ Experience in student recruitment, sales, or educational counseling is highly desirable.
∎ Knowledge of international education systems and university admission processes is a plus.
∎ Skills and Competencies:
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
∎ Passionate and self-motivated
∎ Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
∎ Compensation:
∎ This is a commission-based position with a highly competitive commission structure. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to earn substantial income based on the number of students they recruit and place in universities abroad.
