We are seeking highly motivated and target-driven individuals with outstanding sales, negotiation, and communication skills to join our student recruitment team.
Location: Dhaka (Dhanmondi / Banani Branch)
Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Promote overseas education opportunities and recruit students for partner institutions.
Achieve monthly and yearly recruitment targets with a results-driven approach.
Conduct effective counselling sessions with students and parents to match them with the right study options.
Convert leads into enrollments through strategic sales tactics and persuasive negotiation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners.
Manage student pipelines using our CRM system with accuracy and efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in sales / business development / student recruitment (education industry experience is a plus).
Exceptional sales closing ability, with the drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills – both in Bangla and English.
Ability to build trust and long-term relationships with students and parents.
High energy, self-motivation, and a passion for growth in the education sector.
Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
