Responsibilities & Context:
We are seeking experienced and dynamic Counsellors to join our team for student recruitment in New Zealand, Canada, USA, UK and Australia.
To receive phone calls and give proper information regarding applications.
Must be adept at building strong communication with clients over the phone and face-to-face.
Responding to online and offline queries, emails, phone calls, etc.
Must have good command over English and proficiency in using Computer and Internet.
Provide detailed consultations to students and guardians about study abroad opportunities, university admissions, and courses.
Maintain proper student follow-up records and meet counseling targets.
Prior experience in student counseling (New Zealand, Canada, UK, Australia will be an added advantage).
Professional, committed, and enthusiastic attitude towards work.
