• Bachelor/Honors
• North South University,BRAC University,Shahjalal University of Science & Technology,University of Dhaka,East West University students will get preference

• Applicants who are graduates/freshers from UGC-approved private universities will be given preference.

• Candidates with an IELTS score of 6.0 or above will be given preference.

• At least 1 year

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Student Counselor to provide guidance and support to students as they plan their academic journey abroad. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in assessing students’ needs, recommending suitable programs, and assisting with the entire admission and visa process for foreign universities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions (in-person, online, or over the phone) with students and their families about study abroad opportunities.
• Evaluate students’ academic profiles, career goals, and financial backgrounds to recommend the most suitable programs and institutions.
• Guide students through every step of the application process — including university selection, essay writing, documentation, and interview preparation.
• Provide accurate information about admission requirements, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa procedures for destinations like the UK, Canada, USA, Australia, Finland and Malta.
• Maintain effective communication and regular follow-up with students to ensure smooth progress from application to visa approval.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and partner universities.
• Coordinate with the internal team to achieve successful admissions and visa outcomes.
