Job Responsibilities:
∎ Represent OTL International to promote our services to agents, international educators, and prospective students.
∎ Counselling prospective students about study abroad including admission process (program requirements, fees, application process) & visa process (documentation, fees, interview preparation).
∎ Maintaining student files, handling inquiries, processing and following up university applications and visa applications.
∎ Planning and Executing events, fairs and promotional activities.
∎ Increase student enrolment at OTL International by recruiting students from diverse backgrounds.
∎ Negotiate terms of engagement, provide training to other staffs, and keep the agent contacts and students' interests engaged with OTL International through regular communication.
∎ Undergo presentations in the local marketplace to further promote OTL International.
∎ Disseminate communications and activities online using social media platforms including delivering key messages and encouraging engagement from potential and current students.
∎ Implement marketing and recruitment strategies through research and market analysis to maximize student outreach.
∎ Proactively undergo agent/institutional outreach.
