∎ At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, advertising, or brand strategy.
∎ Strategic and analytical thinking skills
∎ Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
∎ Strong understanding of and curiosity about advertising, branding & digital media
∎ Understanding of market research, consumer insights, brand strategy, campaign planning and data analysis
∎ Knowledge of business operations and procedures
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
∎ Strong understanding of market dynamics, business strategy, and client relationship management.
∎ Ability to develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals.
∎ Understanding of financial principles and business metrics
∎ Experience in a specific industry, depending on the company's focus
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms.
∎ Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
∎ Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
∎ Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
∎ Ability to present ideas to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conducted research and developed brand/marketing strategies.
∎ Understand and shape the company’s strategy and mission
∎ Develop plans to materialize strategy and analyze business proposals
∎ Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
∎ Assess the company’s operational and strategic performance
∎ Align processes, resources-planning and department goals with overall strategy
∎ Provide support and insight into significant organizational changes (e.g. shift in strategic focus, mergers and acquisitions)
∎ Educate senior executives in making effective decisions
∎ Construct forecasts and analytical models
∎ Researching and gathering date to develop well-informed strategic plans for clients
∎ Examining clients’ businesses to get to know their brands and understand their objectives and competitor activities in the market
∎ Conceptualizing ideas based on cohesive and intelligent plans through an understanding of audience psychology and intuitive decision-making
∎ Discussing the client's core message and target audience, and developing original ideas brainstorming with other members of the creative team
∎ Presenting findings and pitching plans to the management, senior team members and clients
∎ Identifying potential problems and devising ways to rectify them
∎ Reviewing progress and modifying strategies for improvement based on feedback until the client is satisfied
∎ Working on multiple campaigns at once, sometimes under pressure and often on tight deadlines
∎ Handling difficult situations with empathy, composure, and presence of mind
∎ Ensuring team members meet the quality and timeline expectations
∎ Monitor and analyze industry trends and market changes
∎ Present strategies and performance insights to stakeholders.
∎ Monitor campaign outcomes and refine plans.

∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Festival bonus will be paid in a year at the rate of 50%. However, if the service age is completed for 1 year, this benefit will be available.
