Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Strategic Planner or in a similar role within the advertising/communications industry.
Must have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality presentations, quotations, and strategic proposals under tight deadlines.
Ability to collaborate with sales and creative teams to develop insightful client briefs and campaign strategies.
Strong understanding of marketing trends, brand positioning, sales funnels, and competitor analysis.
Capable of working in a target-driven and high-pressure environment with a solution-oriented mindset.
Must be smart, modern, well-presented, with excellent communication skills in both English and Bengali.
Ability to lead brainstorming sessions and act as a strategic guide and motivator for team members.
Must demonstrate professionalism, humility, and a collaborative attitude across all teams and clients.

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Strategic Planner to lead data-backed planning, client acquisition, and creative strategy for our advertising agency. The ideal candidate must be able to create insightful presentations, quotations, and proposals within short deadlines, and work under target pressure. Prior experience in advertising agencies, digital firms, media houses, or brand strategy roles is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
Develop data-driven growth strategies to improve the agency’s business performance.
Analyze competitors, market trends, client feedback, and business risks to craft actionable strategic plans.
Generate new leads and onboard clients on retainer or project basis with defined business targets.
Create brand-focused strategies for marketing, promotions, campaigns, and consumer activations.
Plan and oversee media buying, budgeting, and campaign roll-out schedules as per client needs.
Build and deliver professional, creative presentations, quotations and proposals within tight deadlines.
Collaborate with creative, media, production, and event teams to ensure timely and aligned campaign execution.
Provide insightful creative briefs and assist client service/sales teams in accurate client requirement gathering.
Lead inter-department brainstorming and alignment sessions across sales, media, PR, and creative teams.
Track campaign KPIs, target achievement, and post-campaign analysis to continuously improve results.
Monitor competitor activities and produce brand intelligence reports to inform future strategy.
Align agency-wide goals, team processes, and client expectations with long-term strategic direction.
