Proven track record of launching and scaling products in multiple international markets specially Middle East, Africa.
Strong understanding of global trade regulations, INCOTERMS, and customs documentation.
Experience in distributor selection, negotiation, and performance management.
Financial acumen to build and manage export P&L.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

12+ years` international sales experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Retail with proven export success from Bangladesh.
Strong distributor management, account leadership, and deal-closing expertise.
Commercially sharp with a "hunter" mindset and entrepreneurial drive to open new markets.
Skilled in cross-border partnerships, cultural navigation, and complex negotiations.
Strategic, data-driven, KPI-focused, and confident in board-level presentations.
Globally mobile with frequent travel readiness across MEA markets (40%-60%).
The Export Strategic Lead will drive ACI`s growth in high-potential MEA markets by designing market entry strategies, building strong distribution networks, and ensuring compliance with global trade standards. This role will unlock new revenue streams and position Bangladesh-origin products as trusted international brands.

WHAT YOU`LL DO
Revenue Leadership:
Own revenue targets for international regions and consistently deliver growth beyond expectations.
Export Strategy:
Design and execute export strategies including market prioritization, entry models, and long-term expansion roadmaps.
Partnership Development:
Develop, mentor, and scale a strong network of distributors, agents, and regional partners.
Commercial Negotiations:
Lead pricing, contract structuring, and distribution channel strategies to maximize profitability.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work with marketing, category, supply chain, finance, and R&D teams to co-create market-specific product strategies and ensure export readiness.
Digital Enablement:
Deploy digital sales tools and leverage data-driven insights for precision targeting, performance monitoring, and decision-making.
Compliance & Governance:
Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, quality standards, and governance protocols.
Global Brand Building:
Strengthen ACI`s international brand positioning through localized marketing initiatives, collaboration with trade bodies, embassies, and export promotion agencies.
