At least 3-5 years of practical experience in managing a garment or accessory store.
Must have expertise in stock control, issue return, and reporting.
Experience in Excel, ERP or Inventory Software will be preferred.
Must be honest, responsible, and good at teamwork.
Responsibilities & Context:
Proper storage, receiving, and issue management of all labels, poly, hangtags, cartoons, gum tapes, etc., accessories and trims.
Ensure stock management according to FIFO method.
Prepare and update daily inward and outward reports.
Monitor and report overstock/understock.
Report damage or shortage issues in a timely manner.
Maintain ERP/Excel data entry and stock records.
Coordinating with vendors and supply chain teams.
