Job Context: We seek an experienced individual for the role of Store Manager. Odessa Fashions Limited is a 100% export-oriented sweater factory. We are searching for ambitious, talented, and seasoned individuals to establish this project.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage store operations efficiently, ensuring smooth handling of raw materials, finished goods, and other inventory items.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through manual logs and ERP/software systems.
• Implement inventory control measures to prevent stock shortages, overstocking, and wastage.
• Monitor and coordinate stock movement between different departments (procurement, production, and dispatch).
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Ensure proper storage, labeling, and categorization of all materials.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and safety standards in store management.
• Collection of Materials Purchase Requisition (MPR) from different sections and taking necessary steps for further action.
• Manage and validate Bills of Materials (BOM) for production accuracy; ensure correct issuance against production orders.
• Handle scrap material recording, disposal procedures, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain system-based stock control (ERP/SAP) with high accuracy and regularly update physical vs. system records.
• Optimize warehouse layout for better space utilization, reduce handling time, and ensure smooth material flow.
• Coordinate with finance for month-end closing activities related to inventory and reporting.
• Should handle shipment procedure.
