Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Main Responsibilities of this position is ensured materials accurate storage.
∎ Materials quality, Issuance material, materials wastage control, materials supervision.
∎ Store and deliver all materials as per requisition (RCC & Steel structure project).
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving, storage.
∎ Effective checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Prepare "Inventory Report" at the end of every month and submit to Superior.
∎ Receiving materials after proper measurement compared to material requisition.
∎ Checking of material's quality & quantity at the time of consignment.
∎ Maintain appropriate documentation process of every phase of material receiving & storage.
∎ Conduct daily analyses & Check to forecast potential inventory issues.
∎ Report on inventory activities and variances.
∎ Develop and implement inventory control procedures and best practices.
∎ Any other Store & inventory related task that management requires.
