Job Context:
∎ Stewarding Supervisor is responsible for all of the business and service operations of patients, attendants, staffs, consultants, senior leaders by ensuring international standards of care and JCI standards for Quality and Patient Safety is maintained at all times.
∎ He/she is responsible for conducting training, scheduling, and managing stewards as well as ensuring inventory, supplies and other equipment used of stewarding services.
∎ The job holder must also maintain personal hygiene and grooming, and adhere to area cleanliness, food safety and infection control guidelines.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Daily Staff Allocation and Duty Roaster preparation and manage independently individual shifts in case of staff shortage.
∎ Conduct daily Staff briefing in relevant shifts in staff hygiene, staff personal grooming, food safety and infection control guidelines.
∎ Check and ensure Cleanliness and all supplies (Cutlery, Crockery, Glassware, etc.) are available in cafeteria during mealtime.
∎ Check and ensure Cleanliness F&B All Service area, Kitchen and all Level Pantries.
∎ Maintain all departmental checklist on daily/weekly basis.
∎ Monitor and control breakage/damage of food serving glassware items, kitchen utensils, dish-washing machine, cleaning tools.
∎ Monitor and control waste/misuse of Chemicals and cleaning utilities Items.
∎ To manage and supervise at all services areas.
∎ To handle and solve staff complaints, If fail to handle complaints inform the manager immediately.
∎ Be proactive is problem solving and propose alternate solutions to seniors.
∎ Be 100% knowledgeable about Fire Safety, Personal Hygiene and Grooming, Emergency Codes protocols and attend necessary training regularly.
∎ Be flexible in working extra hours as requested by the manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Working experience in Stewarding Services at least for three years
