Job Responsibilities:
∎ Data Management
∎ The statistical analyst will identify discrepancies and clean data from the survey dataset
∎ To Organize Data
∎ The analyst will organize the data according to different respondent groups and geographical classifications following the direction of Obirodh's Director of Research (DOR).
∎ Analyze results using statistical techniques
∎ The STTA will deploy Statistical techniques to produce findings on the relationships between various variables as directed by the DOR. The STTA will identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns based on the acquired data.
∎ Provide final reports
∎ The STTA will provide a report with the survey findings and interpretation after the statistical analysis.

Additional Requirements:
∎ An advanced degree (MS or above) in Statistics or another relevant field
∎ Advanced professional knowledge of statistical software tools such as SPSS or STATA
∎ Advanced professional knowledge of how to conduct a variety of quantitative analytical techniques in order to explore relationships between different variables using a large dataset
∎ At least seven years of experience conducting advanced statistical knowledge
∎ Excellent English speaking and writing skills
∎ Excellent report presentation skills
∎ Highly organized, detail oriented, responsive, and timely. Individuals unable to respond and complete work in a timely manner will not be considered.
