Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve regional sales targets and ensure growth of the assigned territory.
Lead, supervise, and monitor Area Managers and Medical Promotion Officers (MPOs).
Conduct regular field visits and ensure proper coverage of doctors, pharmacies, and institutions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans.
Analyze market trends, competitors’ activities, and prepare action plans accordingly.
Organize sales meetings, training sessions, and motivational programs for the team.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and marketing ethics.
Expand market coverage to achieve company targets.
Maintain good relation with Hospitals, Clinics, Doctors, Chemist and Nutritionists etc.
