∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Calculating VDS & TDS on Daily Bill Voucher and Consultant with A/C Department for Posting the entry in software.
∎ 2. Preparing Mushak Software for Mushak Register 6.1, 6.2 and other books as per VAT Act and Rules.
∎ 3. Reconciliation Of Accounts & VAT Software.
∎ 4. Prepare Mushak- 4.3 input-output co-efficient.
∎ 5. Issue a certificate for deducting Tax at sources u/s 58 and Mushak- 6.6 to party.
∎ 6. Preparing and filing monthly VAT Return (Mushak- 9.1) and relevant other documents.
∎ 7. Preparing Mushak-6.10 in Efficient way; (2 lac TK sales & purchase).
∎ 8. Customer VAT & Tax Calculation And Process to pay the outstanding (TR-6) in Govt. Revenue A/C.
∎ 9. Manage Support and co-ordinate with VAT and Tax related all Audits and appeal.
∎ 10. Maintaining the required documents- Copy of bill, Bill of Entry (BOE), TR-6 and others for tax and vat authority.
∎ 11. Support, communicate and co-ordinate to finance & Accounts Department, Internal audit department and external Audit.
∎ 12. Addressing all Tax and VAT related issues of the companies to immediate supervisor time to time.
∎ 13. Updating License in time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ • Age 25 to 35 years
∎ • Candidate should have some knowledge & experience of accounting software like Tally/ ERP- 9.
∎ • The applicant should have adequate computer literacy.
∎ • Able to work under pressure for long time.
