Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and analyze financial statements for the factory.
∎ Calculate Monthly Overtime summary & casual staffs' payout and submit to Finance department for bill processing.
∎ Prepare daily RM, PM & FG factory report & send to Marketing, Supply chain & Commercial department.
∎ Operate RM, PM and FG Inventory Software with warehouse management.
∎ Prepare Goods Received Note (GRN) and RM,PM & FG stock report.
∎ Prepare Monthly Factory Expenses summary, Product wise overhead, Man hour, Cost Card.
∎ Prepare yearly Cash Budget & overhead Budget.
∎ Oversee the cost accounting process, including the tracking of production costs, material costs, labor costs, and overhead.
∎ Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making within the factory.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
