Build and run the marketing plan for your brands and adjust quickly when the market changes.
Lead new product launches from start to finish — including the yearly brand budget.
Plan promotions and roll out materials through fresh, creative campaigns.
Study sales and prescription (Rx) data to improve the plan.
Build and keep strong ties with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) the doctors who shape opinion.
Run monthly sales meetings, conferences, and CME sessions.
Spend real time in the field — doctor visits, market work, and training the field force.
You’ll work between product, sales, commercial, operations and the field team — turning what’s happening in the market into plans that grow prescriptions. Expect to spend your time both with doctors and the field force and with data and planning.
