Experience Requirements
6–10 years of experience in administration, preferably in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing company.
Experience in facility management, transport management, and corporate administration is preferred.

Ensure smooth office operations and proper utilization of company resources.

Facility & Infrastructure Management
Supervise office space management, maintenance, renovation, and utility services.
Ensure uninterrupted support services including electricity, generator, air conditioning, water supply, and housekeeping.
Coordinate repair and maintenance of office equipment and infrastructure.
Transport & Logistics Management
Manage company vehicles, drivers, fuel consumption, and transportation schedules.
Monitor vehicle maintenance, registration, insurance, and legal documentation.
Ensure cost-effective transportation support for employees and business operations.
Security & Compliance
Supervise security personnel and ensure proper security systems are maintained.
Coordinate fire safety, emergency response, and workplace safety measures.
Ensure compliance with local laws, labor regulations, and pharmaceutical industry standards.
Vendor & Procurement Coordination
Manage relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance.
Coordinate administrative procurement activities as per company policy.
Employee Support Services
Ensure proper arrangement of employee facilities including accommodation, cafeteria, transportation, and guest house management.
Support company events, meetings, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
Budget & Cost Control
Prepare and monitor the administration budget.
Ensure cost optimization and effective utilization of administrative resources.
Approve and verify administrative bills and payments.
Regulatory & Liaison Activities
Maintain liaison with government authorities, utility providers, law enforcement agencies, and local administration.
Support licensing, documentation, and regulatory compliance activities when required.
