Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing, Sales Training

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation and updating of all types of training materials.
∎ Accept and learn all kinds of training organized by the company, and carry out all kinds of training for promoters, dealers, shop assistants
∎ Competitive product comparison data update and training.
∎ Find the gap in sales promoters' ability, and use the right courseware to carry out targeted ability training for promoters.
∎ Evaluate the overall ability of regional promoters, find problems, propose a complete improvement plan, and implement it.
∎ Visit the market to keep updated about the mobile industry & make a new plan for the department.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good speaking and typing knowledge in both English & Bengali.
∎ Should have strong working knowledge in Microsoft Office Programs: MS Word, MS Excel, Powerpoint, & MS Access & E-Mail, Internet Browsing.
∎ Maintain Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
∎ Teaching and facilitation skills.
