  • Sound knowledge of Bangladesh land laws, registration processes, and mutation procedures.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good command of Bengali and English (both Typing, written and spoken).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic reporting tools.
  • Smart, dynamic, honest, and able to work under pressure.
  • Candidates with experience working in or with government land offices (Ex-Nayeb, Tahsildar, and Surveyor etc.) will be given priority.

Responsibilities & Context:

Job Location

  • Dhaka-Kuakata

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in identifying, evaluating, land searching/warish certificate/mutation and purchasing land for company projects.

  • Conduct initial verification of land documents (deed, khatian, porcha, mutation, map, etc.) and ensure proper due diligence.

  • Coordinate with land offices, sub-registrar offices, AC Land, DC offices, and survey departments for mutation, registration, and other official procedures.

  • Maintain updated records and databases of all land-related documents and files.

  • Communicate and negotiate effectively with landowners, brokers, and other stakeholders.

  • Support management during land purchase agreements, registrations, and handovers.

  • Liaise with legal advisors to ensure all land purchases comply with applicable laws and company policies.

  • Visit project sites, verify land boundaries, and assist survey teams when required.

  • Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations on land purchase progress for management.

  • Support the preparation of joint venture or land-sharing agreements as directed.

  • Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and transparency in all transactions and documentation.

  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
