Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be target oriented & have to achieve main objectives of the business.
∎ To prepare sales budget & control.
∎ Develops and implements strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve the objectives and setting performance goals accordingly.
∎ To set the plan monthly/ quarterly and yearly item & segment wise strategic sales target.
∎ Identifying to the new sales opportunities, consumer requirements, competitor's share, strengths, weaknesses and coordinate after sales service issues for customers with service team.
∎ Conduct sales meeting with customer quarterly.
∎ To communicate with customer professionally for any technical clarification, when is required.
∎ Able to independent and creative thinker to produce new ideas and concepts.
∎ To maintain all communication with customer and developing strong relationship while maintaining customer satisfaction.
∎ To coordinate with operation team in addressing customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
∎ To ensure market development through visiting periphery area all over the country.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
∎ To identify the business opportunities.
∎ Must be able to work under constant deadline pressure and manage multiple business issue.
∎ Any other Job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Market research by the perspective of forecasting the Sales
∎ Education may be consider for the related high experience candidate from the similar. industries and equivalent position.
∎ Communication Skills generating creative ideas.
∎ Have to fluent competent the language of English and Bengali.
∎ Analytical & Presentation Skills.
∎ Good command in MS Office.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 45000 (Monthly)
