Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in creating and enhancing long-term business relationships with customers to maximize business growth and opportunities.
∎ Develop sales plan to achieve monthly and yearly sales target of the assigned area with team.
∎ Handle customer's inquiries and complaints.
∎ Ensure that all daily communication is both effectively timely.
∎ Work closely with all related team to ensure customer and suppliers satisfaction.
∎ Must have literacy in computer, email and software use.
∎ Must have good leadership skill, communication skill and self-motivation.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitors' activities and continuously search for new opportunities to increase sales in the area.
∎ Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures relating to the area are properly implemented to support the sales team.
∎ Provide necessary guidelines to the distributors for the smooth functioning of their business.
∎ Complete and submit a weekly report as part of KPI.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to visit 4-5 clients a day.
∎ Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
∎ Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
∎ Should have strong computer literacy.
∎ Should have capacity to work as per of a team to accelerate sales team assignment.
∎ Effective leadership skills to motivate clients.
∎ Excellent ability to translate customers current & future needs into actionable Marketing Strategy.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Existing clients network, if any, would be considered during short listing.
