The Candidate must have the following Qualifications:
Requirements: Bachelor`s degree or above, BBA/MBA/BSc Engineer. Minimum 4 years working experience in the field of Automation, IOT and Security Product. Concentration in Product Sales and Marketing within the field of hardware & software is preferred. Good communication skills in English; Need to have capability in business expansion and account management. Able to travel frequently around Dhaka city, industrial zones, and inside the country. The candidate should have a personal Motorcycle driving License with bike will be preferred for this post.
Responsibilities & JD Should be Following:
Product Knowledge: Understand the features and benefits of security surveillance and automation products and solutions, including access control /attendance systems, mobile computers, RFID Solutions, Software solutions and integrations, EAS systems, home automation, Parking management, visitor entrance management, CCTV cameras, Label printers/scanners solution and more.
Initial Problem Solving Preparation: Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to Head of sales / Management team.
Customer Identification: Identify potential customers and markets that would benefit from security and automation solutions. This may involve conducting market research and cold-calling potential clients.
Needs Assessment: Consult with customers to understand their specific security and automation needs. This involves assessing their current systems (if any) and determining areas for improvement.
Solution Proposal: Develop customized security and automation proposals for clients, outlining how the products and services offered can meet their needs and enhance their security or automation capabilities.
Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the functionality and benefits of security and automation solutions to potential clients.
Quoting and Pricing: Provide price quotes for products and services, ensuring they align with the client`s budget and requirements. Participate in Tender Bid. Collect payment from customer upon successful completion of project.
Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to close deals and secure contracts.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. 10.Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors` offerings to remain competitive in the market.
Reporting: Keep detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue generation. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance and forecasts.
GAL CRM Software using : Must use CRM software for daily client activity record to the software also bill creation and recovery counselling with accounts.
Yearly salary review
