The Sr. Relationship Manager should be capable of excellent communication all through domestic & foreign customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.

  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with Commercial, sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.

  • Provide product information, pricing, and technical support to customers.

  • Monitor customer feedback and market trends to suggest improvements in service and product offerings.

  • Prepare regular reports on customer interactions, sales support, and service issues.

  • Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer needs are met and identify up-selling/cross-selling opportunities.

  • To arrange customer engagement and program coordination.
