Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor’s degree preferably in any discipline preferably in social science/Social welfare/ Psychology/Law/Gender studies.
∎ Postgraduate degree

∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and ensure MHPSS & PSS, PFA-related service delivery to the vulnerable community according to Project design documents.
∎ To ensure quality implementation of activities according to DIP, Budget & Activities Narrative.
∎ To Support the beneficiaries who need a response to achieve the organizational vision, mission, and program objectives.
∎ To implement MHPSS & PSS activities at the field level in coordination with other Sr. response officer, Sr. adolescent and youth officer, Sr. training officer and, in consultation with the coordinator.
∎ To ensure timely and proper implementation of targeted activities
∎ To develop and contextualized the individual structured PSS modules and sessions.
∎ Prepare and implemented the work plan according to project activities.
∎ The Psychologist will also contribute to the identification and assessment of Persons with Specific Needs and individuals at risk of being survivors of gender-based violence.
∎ Maintain complete documentation for each activity following the recommendations and template of the MHPSS supervisor.
∎ Work in liaison with CiC, Camp management agencies, service providers, community leaders, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project implementation.
∎ Provide Screening and identification of individuals who needed the MHPSS services at PEOPLE’S Corner and WGSS
∎ Provide one-to-one psychological session.
∎ Ensure both internal and external referrals and follow up with the clients/ beneficiaries who need support.
∎ Support the referred beneficiaries in a proper way by maintaining the MHPSS principle.
∎ Support and conduct meetings with project staff to identify the beneficiaries of MHPPS cases.
∎ Provide center base MHPSS counseling services to the individuals and referral if required.
∎ Ensure regular technical review and propose relevant adaptations to ongoing activities and tools to the line manager in order to cope with the challenges faced in the field and the MHPSS needs and issues of the beneficiaries.
∎ Maintain complete documentation for each activity following the recommendations and template of the MHPSS supervisor.

∎ Enhance and train Host and Rohingya community Volunteers, men & boys, community leaders, and religious leaders, on MHPSS and PSS sessions for a sustained wellbeing of the community.
∎ Safely, accurately, and maintaining standard operating procedures, link up survivors who wish to support at clinical services.
∎ Disseminate information/ updated referral pathway to the community on where and how to respond MHPSS cases and encourage reporting.
∎ Document and share key GBV risks identified during the implementation.
∎ Assist communities to identify their priorities, opportunities, and resources for effective MHPSS response, participation, and psychosocial activities.
∎ Establish and liaise closely with other partners, agencies, and local leaders regarding project activities to ensure a coordinated approach to project implementation, including participation in relevant workshops, and meetings and to keep the GBV Manager informed.
∎ Regular and effective communication with relevant actors to ensure the MHPSS, PSS and PFA services.
∎ Participate in interagency assessments.
∎ Coordinate/link with relevant Government stakeholders and field staff,
∎ Establish network/coalition with like-minded organizations on GBV issues and initiate joint advocacy.
∎ Prepare sub-project proposals, purchase requests, and relevant documents in advance to facilitate the implementation of planned activities.
∎ Track and manage project budget lines assigned.
∎ Regular communication with finance, and supply chain for proper implementation.
∎ Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to World Vision’s Core Values in the approach to work and relationships.
∎ Collaboration with different key working groups and exposure visits.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Clear Understanding of the issues the project has to work on.
∎ Knowledge of current development and emergency issues
∎ Good conceptual and practical skills to report write writing.
∎ Good knowledge and skills in forecasting and budgeting
∎ The baseline survey, Evaluation, and Monitoring process and tools.
∎ Good facilitation skills in Training, Seminars, and Advocacy programs.
∎ Proven management and leadership ability
∎ Good communication and networking skills
∎ Chittagong/Rohingya language skills will be taken into consideration. Good command of English & Bengali, both written and verbal.
∎ Decision-making and conflict-resolution skills
∎ Competent in using MS Word, MS Excel, and PowerPoint presentation.
∎ Ability to work under stressful conditions and adapt to local culture and situation.
∎ Minimum of 3 years of working experience in the relevant field
∎ World Vision experience & experiences in MHPSS field base experiences.
∎ Must be willing and able to travel to the camp location five days a week.
∎ Project locations are in remote areas in refugee camps. Staff is expected to live in his/her base location.
