Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation/ Diploma in Agriculture with 2 years of working experience on agricultural insurance / insurance company.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Promote Weather Index Based Shrimp insurance to the farmer;
∎ Build capacity on insurance and Shrimp insurance product to the farmer,
∎ Increase awareness on weather index based shrimp insurance to the Shrimp farmer community.
∎ Implement project activities at the shrimp cluster according to the plan;
∎ Maintain liaison with insurance partner and other stakeholders;
∎ Assist to organize outbound dialing service for the selected farmers;
∎ Assist in monitoring the weather, claims analysis, claim settlement;
∎ Regular monitor and documentation the insurance activities at farmer level;
∎ Develop different reports according to the project needs;
∎ Perform any other job assigned by supervisor

∎ Able to maintain good communication with the farmers
∎ Good interpersonal skills.
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Able to travel extensively.
