Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. in Textile Engineering, Major in Wet Processing Technology from a reputed University.
∎ Textile engineering from AUST/BUTex will be preferred.
∎ Candidates must have mentioned major subject in CV.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Production Management (Washing)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and monitor the production schedule and action plan to ensure shipment deadline are meet.
∎ Check all the Wet process and preparation phases necessary to produce (washing) a costume within the allotted time.
∎ Monitor Wet process production and ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material in the Wet process section.
∎ Increase productivity and reduce labor costs through updating the information
∎ Solve all critical issues and giving target to the workers with the help of in-charge and supervisor.
∎ Ensure every effort for shipment through sea freight.
∎ Ensure rejection and low percentage (garments and chemicals) within the allowable limit.
∎ Ensure smooth & efficient production by giving technical decisions.
∎ Maintain accurate and reliable data for appropriate decision making.
∎ Ensure cost minimization for auxiliaries & utilities.
∎ Ensure all necessary operation as required by the buyers.
∎ Capable of the utilization of man, machine and material to achieve daily production target.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 4 years of relevant experience in any Garment/Textile washing Industry.
∎ Team player, independent, enthusiastic and result oriented
∎ Concentration in Wet & Dry Process for both knit and denim/twill garment dye is preferable.
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English.
∎ Well conversant in MS-Office, especially in Oracle ERP.
∎ Willing to stay beside factory.
