Responsibilities & Context:
  • Entering financial transactions in ERP Software and maintaining accurate record

  • Maintain and prepare all kind of vouchers and General Ledger

  • Properly maintain factory petty cash  and update daily accounts related records manually & Accounting Software

  • Ensure bills and voucher checking, verifying and proper recording as per guideline

  • Ensure proper records of all business transaction Vouchers

  • Expertise in vendor payment related VAT and TAX issues

  • Processing operational and construction bills, ensuring compliance with company-established policies, VAT & tax laws and other applicable laws in Bangladesh and ensure deposit in Govt. treasury monthly

  • Assisting in the preparation of Monthly, Quarterly and Annual financial statements and ensuring compliance with international Financial Reporting Standards and other applicable laws and regulations

  • Assisting in the month- and quarter-closing activities for submission of the financial reports on timely and accurate basis

  • Preparing management reports and other financial documents for informed management decision-making

  • Providing support during internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts

  • Helping with the preparation and filing of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations

  • Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders to address financial queries and provide support as needed

  • Preparing regular reconciliations, including bank, vendor, sales/collection, and intercompany
