To lead and oversee financial and banking operations.
To develop financial strategies, budgets, and long-term financial plans.
To analyze financial performance and present insights to management.
To ensure full compliance with regulations and internal policies
To manage credit risk, large loan portfolios, and investment decisions.
To ensure high-value transactions and financing structures.
To build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, regulators and partners
To lead, mentor, and evaluate finance or banking teams
To oversee audits, inspections and regulatory reporting
To identify opportunities for business growth and profitability improvement.
To support mergers, acquisitions, and major financial projects.
