Embroidery Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Plan and execute the schedule for new development & design making and Production design.
∎ To follow-up of new development of embroidery design & physical strike off as per artwork/Tack pack.
∎ To prepare cost budget sheet based on embroidery order related materials & all accessories purchase.
∎ To follow-up embroidery order from sample development to shipment of goods to ensure the delivery on time as per plan schedule.
∎ To follow-up & maintain buyer & companies required/comments.
∎ To collect embroidery work order/booking/projection/order summary from merchant/buyer/concern.
∎ To collect embroidery approved sample/production file from concern merchandiser/buyer for bulk processing.
∎ Overall supervise & follow up embroidery unit including human and material resources to improve efficiency of production.
∎ Ensure pre-production meeting with embroidery team in every new order
∎ Follow up the order sheet according to color and quantity before preparing production schedule for embroidery
∎ Control wastage and reject percentage by upgrading production procedure
∎ Have to proper knowledge on technical Audit of Embroidery section & also maintain all relevant documents for audit purpose.
∎ To monitor & control daily productivity as per target schedule & achievement.
∎ To prepare different types of report for Management Review.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Pro-active, independent and result oriented
∎ Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and all other levels in the factory
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Bengali and English
