Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising sales team (Order Collection) in order to achieve company’s sales objective.
∎ Liaison with Principal Staff.
∎ Monitoring Sales Associate (SA) day-to-day activities as per corporate operation guideline.
∎ Conduct on job training & development of subordinates.Market visit to build up personal rapport with key Customers. (Base, Ex-Base, Peripheral market, Institution, NGO’s Etc.)
∎ Conduction of monthly meeting effectively.
∎ Organize customer engagement programs etc.
