Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervising sales team (Order Collection) in order to achieve company’s sales objective.
∎ Liaison with Principal Staff.
∎ Monitoring Sales Associate (SA) day-to-day activities as per corporate operation guideline.
∎ Conduct on the job training & development of subordinates.
∎ Market visits to build up personal rapport with key Customers. (Base, Ex-Base, Peripheral market, Institution, NGO’s Etc.)
∎ Conduct monthly meetings with all stakeholders effectively.
∎ Organize customer engagement programs etc.
