Responsibilities & Context:
Job Responsibility:
- Prepare VAT Challan (Mushok-6.3) in compliance with VAT regulations.
- Maintain Purchase Register (Mushok-6.1) and Sales Register (Mushok-6.2) accurately and regularly.
- Calculate and prepare VAT Deduction at Source (VDS) statements on a regular basis.
- Prepare and submit Monthly VAT Returns (Mushok-9.1) through the VAT Online System.
- Prepare Sales and Purchase Statements (monthly, half-yearly and yearly).
- Liaise with VAT offices and other regulatory authorities to resolve VAT related matters.
- Handle VAT audits, queries and official correspondence in a timely in professional manner.
- Manage all VAT related issues on behalf of the company in coordination with the line manager.
- Any other relevant assignment.
