∎ 10 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing and managing all the security officers & security guards of the organization.
∎ Expected to develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols, and ensure that these are followed by all employees and contractors.
∎ Coordinating with law enforcement and other security professionals to ensure the safety and security of our facilities and assets.
∎ To give observation based on footage of CCTV (Surveillance System) in consideration of safety & security.
∎ Train and manage security personnel.
∎ Investigate incidents and accidents and prepare reports for the Top management.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security-related activities.
∎ Monitor/Supervise entry and exit of all kinds of transport and keep record.
∎ Ability to handle foreigner/ visitor's entry by maintaining proper SOP.
∎ Ensure all types of register is maintained properly in the main entrance.
∎ Responsible for safety & security of the assets and establishment in factory premises.
∎ Monitor worker's In-Out with proper checking.
∎ Ensuring routine / surprise check of security posts.
∎ Handling visitors / outsiders / miscreants.
∎ Check the whole factory area whether everything in order or not and If any problem found the same to be noticed to the concerned authority without delay.
∎ Inquire the reason for entering by checking the delivery and purchase challan.
∎ Ensure there are no criminal activities in factory premises.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Sincere, honest, and polite behavior.
∎ Excellent leadership and management skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to think critically and make sound judgment calls.
∎ Ex- Armed Forces candidates will get preference.
∎ Should have sound job experience on security department in large factory.
